What is the MVX+ test?
The Metabolic Vulnerability Index came from a 30,000 person research study. It doesn’t measure disease, it measures aspects of wellness (malnutrition, toxicity, mitochondrial function, inflammation). You can not improve the MVX score by taking medications. You improve your score with dietary changes and correct supplementation (any regular exercise may help one component of the result).
